Doggie Desserts

While we were there, we also picked up some gooshy dog food for Rafferty.

And while checking out the gooshy puppy foods - we saw these: doggie desserts. Itzl turns his nose up at them, although he will politely sniff them. Rafferty thinks they are wonderful and so does Symphony.

I think Symphony is secretly a dog. She will eat anything that she can fit into her mouth that doesn't eat her first. She eats Rafferty's dog kibble even when her own bowl is full of special kitten food, and she eats anything that falls to the floor while we're cooking and she shamelessly tries to steal food off our plates. At least Rafferty, graceless puppy that he is, doesn't beg for food at the table or get up on the table to snatch food off our forks.

They have three flavors of doggie desserts: carrot cake, apple torte, and berry delight. They do smell like the bakery items and the ingredient list actually contains real food - apple pulp, carrot puree, berry pulp...

If Rafferty hasn't eaten them all before he goes to his new home, he can take them with him. Symphony doesn't need them no matter what she thinks.
