Here he is, in all his glory, wearing a purple bandage because he wiggled too much when they removed his IV and tore his leg a bit. I'm sure he will garner all sorts of sympathy at work from that tomorrow, even though his real injury - the ruptured ear drum - is virtually invisible.

As you can see, he's somewhat perkier than I expected, and that pleases me.
