Ebony's Pearls

I bought my lunch today - a steamed pork bun from a new Asian grocery store/restaurant. They make theirs much sweeter than I do mine. I think the sweeter version tastes better and am thinking of making mine sweeter the next time I make them.

The puppies loved the bread part of the bun, as did the cats.

Overall, my single steamed pork bun fed 6 beings: 3 small dogs, 2 moderately sized cats and me.

I also bought groceries while at the new market - chinese celery, blooming chives, noodles, and furikake flakes.
