ebonypearl at 09:15pm on 21/01/2009I'm sorry to say Grimalkin didn't survive. The diagnosis was cancer, the prognosis grim and painful, and he was euthanized. My deepest condolences go to Grimmie's people.
On a more pragmatic note, I don't know if they received enough donations to pay the final vet bill, which was only $134 (rounded up to the nearest dollar), so I plan to donate a bit more, just in case. Those who donated, please know that you helped make Grimmie's last day a much better one than it would otherwise have been and helped ease his passing. Thank you for being generous.

We're both wiped out and need to rest. This would have been tough enough even without...but no. I'll let that go here.
I'll post something about how he went in a few days maybe. I'm frickin' toast right now.
